Vince Kristosik and Will Prewitt bring decades of officiating and leadership experience to the Board of Directors.
RACINE, Wis. — Vince Kristosik, Las Vegas, and Will Prewitt, Dardanelle, Ark., have been elected to the NASO Board of Directors. They will replace outgoing board members Rob Wigod, Seal Beach, Calif., and Gary Zielinski, South Jordan, Utah, both of whom will conclude their terms at the 2026 NASO Sports Officiating Summit in Grand Rapids, Mich., July 26-28, 2026.
Kristosik is the president of the Southern Nevada Officials Association and a thirty-five year Nevada high school official in football, flag football, basketball, baseball and softball. He is also an active D-II women’s college basketball official. He received the Nevada Athletic Directors Association Distinguished Service Award in 2023.
Prewitt is the commissioner of the NCAA D-II Great American Conference and vice president of the NCAA D-II Conference Commissioners Association. He is a past member of the NCAA D-II Management Council, NCAA Football Rules Committee and NCAA D-II Championships Committee. He served on the NCAA regional advisory committees for football, basketball, baseball, softball and golf, and is a longtime high school football official.
Board members are elected for a two-year term and can serve up to two terms consecutively.

In addition to the election of new members, the board voted on officer and special advisor positions. NFL referee Ron Torbert, Hanover, Md., will serve an additional year as board chair. Minnesota State High School League assistant director and Big Ten football referee Jason Nickleby, Lake Elmo, Minn., will serve this year as vice chair. Michigan High School Athletic Association executive director Mark Uyl, East Lansing, Mich., will continue to serve as treasurer and NFHS Director of Officiating Services Dana Pappas, Lebanon, Ind., will continue to serve as secretary. Fox 40 International founder and CEO Ron Foxcroft, Hamilton, Ont., was re-elected to his non-voting special advisor position.
