Room Rate Savings
The Salt Lake City Downtown Marriott is 15 minutes from Salt Lake Airport, one block from Temple Square and the TRAK rail-system, which is one stop away from The Gateway, Salt Lake City’s only open-air contemporary shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Room rates of $109 per night include one king-size bed or two double-size beds for one to four people per room. For reservations, call Marriott National Reservation offices at 800/228-9290. Online reservations can be made by visiting www.marriott.com. Make sure you identify yourself with the National Association of Sports Officials or use code ASOASOA to receive the specially arranged rate. The rate is discounted for our attendees and is available for up to eight consecutive days. This rate will be guaranteed for reservations made by July 13. After that day, regular room rates will apply.

Travel Arrangements
Major carriers include American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Southwest and United Airlines for service to Salt Lake City International Airport. For car rental discounts, check www.naso.org/summit2005.

Tax Savings
Under the current tax law, personal expenses and the cost of travel, meals, lodging and Summit registration are fully tax deductible.

Fees
Attendee registration fees include admission to all sessions, program luncheons both Sunday and Monday and the Opening Reception. Spouse/Guest registration fees include admittance to the Opening Reception and Spouse/Guest Welcome gathering only.

Cancellations
Must be received in writing by July 21, 2005, for a full refund. Any requests for refunds must be received by August 9, 2005, to be considered.
