National Association Of Sports Officials Survey
SURVEY CLOSES TOMORROW NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT

START TODAY OR RETURN AND FINISH A PREVIOUSLY STARTED SURVEY BEFORE THE TIME IS UP.

The National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), with a grant from PeopleTrail, are excited to be conducting the most comprehensive officiating study ever attempted. This anonymous survey is collecting more data than has ever been accessible before regarding sportsmanship, recruitment and retention, compensation, controversial issues in officiating, and a wide variety of topics highly valuable to the industry. Thousands of officials have already completed the survey, but for this study to be successful, it absolutely must have the participation of as many dedicated officials like you as possible.

If you haven’t started the survey yet, we urge you to make your voice heard. If you’ve started but haven’t finished, please take some time to complete this important survey.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Your participation will allow YOUR VOICE to count toward positive changes in the officiating industry.
  • Results will be unveiled at the Sports Officiating Summit 2017 in Louisville, KY., July 30-Aug. 1. After that, the data will be published and shared for everyone in the officiating industry to use.
  • Results will give greater vision to all levels of the industry and positively impact national, state and local officiating associations.

WHAT WILL IT REQUIRE?

The study requires a significant commitment, just like your officiating. It is extensive and may take about an hour of your time. BUT it does not all have to be completed in one session. As long as you’re using the same computer or tablet, you can start, stop and come back to it as many times as needed until you have finished. If you only have 5-10 minutes at a time, that is no problem. The deadline to complete the survey is May 19, 2017.

The bottom line is that YOUR input is vital to the success of this effort. Thank you.
