| Executive director of the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), was nominated for his outstanding leadership in the areas of sportsmanship and motivational speaking skills plus his visionary work with young people. Perhaps the best testimony to his efforts is the establishment of the "Bernie Saggau Award," presented annually to a graduating student of each high school in the state of Iowa. |
