NMOA Prepares for State Day, Summit

State leaders in New Mexico have already started to reach out to their officials and officiating leaders about attending its Officiate New Mexico Day, which precedes the three-day 2014 NASO Summit. Next year’s Summit theme is “Whole New Ballgame: Safe, Secure, By the Rules.”

Dana Pappas, deputy director of the New Mexico Activities Association and commissioner of officials, says, “The New Mexico Officials Association is working on preparations for the 2014 Summit and its Officiate New Mexico Day on a daily basis. There is a sense of excitement within our association and our officials are understanding of what a big deal this event is.”
