Sports officiating leaders from all levels of sports will gather to discuss technology and officiating. Sessions will cover video breakdown, technology-based programs, background checks, instant replay and more. The opening session, Sunday, July 30 (6:30 p.m.), will welcome attendees and keynote speaker Dale Kelley, coordinator of NCAA men’s basketball officials for five conferences, will set the “working tone” for this important three-day event.
