NASO Creates Officials Web Bulletin Board

(RACINE, Wis.) — The National Association of Sports Officials (NASO) announced today the creation of a free cyberspace bulletin board service for its members and the public. The NASO Bulletin Board provides an opportunity for discussion of officiating issues.

"This is an exciting new benefit allowing members to network and interact with each other," said NASO President Barry Mano. "This technology provides members an opportunity to discuss what’s on their mind in an open forum."

Site visitors can select from 12 different forums titled general, baseball, basketball, boxing, football, hockey, lacrosse/track & field, softball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling/swimming and association management.

To visit the NASO Bulletin Board and post a message or reply to an existing comment, go to http://www.naso.org and click the NASO Bulletin Board icon.

NASO is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) educational association consisting of nearly 19,000 voluntary members. The association advocates the interests of all sports officials through its educational products, membership benefits and public relations programs. Founded in 1980, the organization has members working at all levels of sport from the professional ranks to amateur athletic programs.
